Nothing can stop us

I can feel you dreamin' of me

Name:
Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States

I never much liked the flaps over zippers, needles, ovens, lawn mowers, or swimming. I love my Les Paul, and every song I've written with or without it.

The War Will Come

Don't respond right away
I need time to compose myself
Spending and wasting life
Under stars that could care less

Breaking bridges and burning towns
Pillaging homes of the homeless ones
To disregard all the strife and pain
Is tragedy - it's tragic and in vain

The war will come to you
The dead will come
The war will come to you
In time, my son

Hours pass as days fade
Bursting fruits boom in the sky
Leaders leave questions open
For us to ignore and belittle

Swiping with lead reapers all the young
Holding music in burning palms
To wish upon God and call his name aloud
Is tragedy - it's tragic and in vain

In vain I say
You need no one else to complete you
Realize the fire inside

Peaceful sleepers won't wake
They pray in sleep and stay that way
Problematic poster child
Take your medicine today

Stealing organs, harvesting souls
Revealing secrets where no one knows
I know the path and so do you, but
It's tragedy - it's tragic and in vain

The war will come to you
The dead will come
The war will come to you
In time, my son
